Founder/Licensed Mental Health Counselor

My focus is to create balance and wellness in people's lives through a harmony between physical and mental health wellness. I want to create a space where my clients of all backgrounds feel safe to be transparent and honest about the experiences they have in order to affect change in their lives. I also want to highlight the experiences of inequity in our society and to those that are disproportionately affected, I am here to empower and support you as you learn to heal from these experiences. I understand that being a male in the mental health field is a rarity and encourage more boys and men to prioritize their mental health.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in various settings. I specialize in Solution-Focused Therapy, integrative therapy, and am comfortable employing other techniques and skills to provide the best quality of care to my clients.

My dedication of striving consistently to achieve balance in all aspects of life is something that I hope brings a calming spirit and encouraging attitude to make sure that my clients feel safe sharing their concerns with me. I recognize that my communities are some of the most underserved (Black/Latino) when it comes to mental health. Both myself and my practice will work tirelessly to ensure that clients from those backgrounds can receive quality services from clinicians that also identify similarly. We will help to de-stigmatize receiving mental health services from those cultural backgrounds in order to increase access as well as resiliency with the many challenges that individuals face on a daily basis.
